Our Team

Established by Sally Fisher and Lynn Stuart who between them have 30 years experience in Community Nursing and for the past seven years have held management and clinical management roles in community nursing service provision.

Directors:

Sally Fisher

Sally is a Registered General and Obstetric Nurse and developed an Accredited Community District Nursing Service. Within that service she developed such other businesses as Education Programmes for Practice Nurses and the popular Foot care Service (pampering foot spa and toe nails cut by a Registered Nurse in the clients own home). Sally is also a clinical educator lecturing in wound care management.
Sally is a founding member of the New Zealand Meningitis Trust which was established in 1999 following the passing of her 17 year old son. She still holds this charity dear to her heart today.

In November 2008 Sally had presented to parliament a petition requesting an inquiry into Community Based Mental Health Services nation wide. This has resulted in Sally being invited to a select committee meeting in May 2009 where she was given the platform to state her concerns and answered questions that the select committee put to her.

Hopefully, there will be positive outcomes.

Family life is very important to Sally. Married for the past 31 years, Sally has had 5 children, two of whom are now deceased. She has been actively involved in Athletics and Harriers and is the past Secretary and Chairperson of the Calliope Junior Athletic Club, a position she held for many years. She has coached netball for 10 years and was Secretary of the Auckland Cross Country and Road Committee She considers herself to be innovative, honest, enjoys challenges and her goal is to "ensure that all clients receive a service of excellence".

Lynn Stuart

Lynn is a registered nurse who has experience in community nursing, having spent 4 years as a wound care nurse and another year as Nurse Manager for an Accredited Community Nursing Service. This follows 15 years as a staff nurse at Auckland City Hospital.

Lynn is married with three busy teenagers. She is actively involved in her family's interests including art, architecture, rugby, fitness and general well being.
In recent years, Lynn has also trained in cosmetic injectables, a totally different side to wound care but never the less extremely interesting and rewarding.
Lynn is a dedicated nurse whose prime objective is to care for people in the best possible manner.
